Delivery & Returns
All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Subject to stock availability and payment.
All orders are fully tracked and should you have any questions at any point, please get in touch with us – firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders both domestically overseas.
Once you place an order
- A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed - please check your delivery address and notify us immediately if there is an error. We cannot change delivery details once your package has been despatched.
- Once your package is shipped, we will send you a second email with details on how to track your order.
Taxes & Duties
If purchasing outside of the UK you may incur custom duties and VAT depending on your location. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. BAY Limited is not responsible for any Tax, duties, customs fees or any other costs associated when importing goods to an overseas country.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box, we can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery. The phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges if applicable.

If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery of your goods. The product must be returned to us in its complete original condition. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
To return a product please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process, a return address will be provided.
When returning a parcel, the item must arrive with Bay within 14 days of the original delivery date. The product must be returned to us in its complete original condition. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods. Returns received outside of the 14 day time frame will not be considered for a refund.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide a refund or exchange on international orders. International orders are final sale.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product being returned is delivered to Bay, we advise paying for a tracked service. We will not be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when you have posted them.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount against the original form of tender, excluding the original delivery charge, unless goods are faulty within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please contact us at email@example.com, we will issue you with a free returns label to return your original order and dispatch your new order with free shipping. You must place a new order for your new size and the returned item will be refunded. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. UK exchanges must comply with our returns policy.
